AMEC negotiated a special Summit room rate for all delegates from Sunday 31 May to Sunday 7 June. AMEC is holding rooms at these rates until Friday 1 May. After Friday 1 May rooms will be available at these rates dependent on hotel availability. There is limited availability so we advise you book your room as soon as possible. This rate includes all local taxes and breakfast buffet.
